Our Process Solves Your Problems

Thompson Price is dedicated to providing a process and experience that is calming and collaborative. That might seem at odds to renovation experiences you may have had in the past. We hear all the time about frustrations our clients have had before coming to us. We have heard these frustrations, taken them to heart, and we’ve come up with a better process.

We start with a Lifestyle Questionnaire, which goes beyond “getting dimensions” for your home. We want to know how you use your space. We might ask a lot of questions about functionality. Ours is a coaching and collaborative process, so you can be deeply involved. In the next phase, our estimating process is not about coming up with a rough number and then sending you to multiple locations to pick out what you like.

We’ll guide you through the entire process.

the 4p process

There’s an easy way to remember our process and why it works — the four Ps.

We make the Perfect Plan, based on the questionnaire and collaborative approach outlined above. This lays the groundwork to choose the Perfect Products that match your lifestyle and your price point. The Perfect Price is offered to you with full transparency, no allowances, and no overages.

It all comes together as the Perfect Project, moving according to readily communicated forecasts and timelines. It’s brought to life through our organization and project management skills. Every household is different, so every design is different too. Given that it’s the design that drives everything, from the way a home feels to what a remodeling project costs, our proprietary 4P process centers on design to ensure you get what you’re looking for.

Good, Better, Best Pricing

It’s always about options, so you’ll be excited AND in your budget.

We give you Good, Better, and Best options so you’ll always know where you stand and what is within your budget. Within the three options, you will know what the products are and how they address the functionality of the space regardless of pricing.

If you’re looking for design flexibility, quality products, talented craftsmen, and living spaces that will provide years of enjoyment for you and your family, you’ll find our prices are extremely competitive.

OUR DESIGN CENTER

What if you only had ONE place you had to go?

One of the most inefficient and frustrating aspects to doing a home renovation is going from place to place, picking out products, then getting pricing, then going to another place to pick out other items. What if you only had to go to ONE place? Welcome to the Thompson Price Design Center. It’s more than a “one-stop-shop” experience, instead we’ve created a space that is welcoming and comfortable as we guide you through the renovation experience. It’s perfect for homeowners, contractors and designers. To learn more, check out our Design Center page.

Our Product Lines

We offer proven products from proven providers that we have dealt with for many years. We have close relationships with all of the companies whose lines we carry. We also offer excellent value through our product lines. Because of our volume of business with the companies we work with, alongside our membership in kitchen and bathroom industry buying groups, we are able to purchase products at substantially lower prices. We pass savings onto our clients.
